WCHA Web Media Poll: Week 10

The WCHA Web Media Poll is back with the last edition of 2012. And this week, there is a new #1 team. North Dakota takes over the top spot as they continue a run that has them 4-0-1 in their last five games and North Dakota has the best winning percentage in WCHA play. Minnesota fell from top to second this week but remains close with four 1st place votes after taking the week off. St. Cloud State had the biggest jump this week, climbing two spots after taking over the points lead within the WCHA. Those three teams are nearly unanimous as the top three teams with Nebraska Omaha getting one 3rd place vote.  Denver had the biggest fall after continuing their slide. The Pioneers have been winless in their last eight games including earning only one point while visiting Bemidji State last weekend. At the bottom of the poll, Wisconsin and Bemidji State moved up one spot each while Michigan Tech fell two spots to 11th. And that is the final ranking for 2012. The next WCHA poll will be out on January 1, 2013.  See you next year!
