Gould earns WCHA Rookie of the Week Honors

After playing both games on a weekend for the first time in his college career, Gavin Gould rewarded Head Coach Mel Pearson with two goals and an assist on the weekend. His four points in four conference games already has him in 12th place overall among freshman and tied for first in points per game. His efforts helped the Huskies get to a 0.500% record for the first time this season and second place in the WCHA conference standings.

This is the third time this season a Michigan Tech player has been recognized by the WCHA with a weekly award:
